“Syndic Authorities” that police Physicians can get away with freeing harmful doctors to operate, while soaring taxes are spent on paying off lawsuits against them; mainly because Officials:
- Leave penal systems unable to charge them for neglecting their work;
- Exclude them from systems that accept complaints against professionals, so little evidence of their misconduct can be seen to penalize them for it;
- Let them cut off communications with victims so even less proof of their negligence can be found to charge them for it;
- Let them refuse to inform the courts about these criminals, so again little evidence of any mistreatment can be seen, as few can afford the legal costs to make them show up in court.
These “Syndic Police” also let these harmful Physicians:
- Criminally alter patient’s records in attempts to remove evidence of negligent aftercare, by overlooking these crimes as religious customs to save face;
- Lawlessly refuse to give patients copies of their medical files;
- Disobey warrants to surrender these files which helps to withhold evidence of any mistreatment;
- Threaten patients that they won’t help them in court when they discover injuries caused by their colleagues.
These negligent authorities could be replaced with safer protection, like that used by Practitioners. Since this protection comes with legal counsel, they could:
- Complete the requirements to stop these harmful doctors from operating;
- Protect people from being left at risk of these criminals, as this legal aid would defend victims against charges like wasting the court’s resources to investigate them;
